Table Builder

Build a table, then copy it straight into Word or PowerPoint, or download it as a native Word table, an image, or a CSV. Paste tab-separated data (from Excel or Sheets) into any cell to fill the grid at once.

Variant Lookup

Enter a variant (and optionally its genomic location), then open each database or predictor directly. Verify every value on the source site before use in a report.
Enter a genomic location, or a gene + variant, to enable this.

How the links are built
Variant-level deep links work for OncoKB and ClinVar from gene+variant alone. Adding a genomic location unlocks true variant-level links for gnomAD, SpliceAI Lookup, VarSome, and UCSC. gnomAD, ClinGen, OMIM, UniProt, and GTEx without a location open at the gene level. REVEL has no standalone public lookup site — it's included via VarSome, which aggregates REVEL, CADD, SIFT, PolyPhen-2, and AlphaMissense from one query. For the genomic location box, use full ref/alt sequences (e.g. chr12-25398285 ATG>A for a deletion, chr12-25398285 A>ATG for an insertion/duplication) rather than shorthand like "del" or "dup" alone — the auto-detect button converts these directly into proper HGVS for deletions, insertions, duplications, and delins. OncoKB's URL normalizes 3-letter amino acid codes and frameshift/stop suffixes (e.g. p.Gly56ArgfsTer5 → G56fs); if that link 404s, use its in-site search. The auto-detect button calls rest.ensembl.org for consequence and exon position, then rest.uniprot.org to check whether that protein position overlaps an annotated domain, region, motif, or active/binding site, and gnomAD for gene-level constraint (LOEUF, pLI, missense Z). If your browser or network blocks them, use the "Open Ensembl VEP" link that appears instead. A "no domain overlap" result reflects UniProt's annotation coverage, not a claim that the position is unimportant. When no genomic location is entered, auto-detect queries VEP with just the gene symbol and variant notation, so the result may not match your reporting transcript. VariantValidator has no confirmed pre-fill URL, so its button opens the tool itself. InterPro and cancerhotspots.org open at the gene level. Recent lookups are kept in memory only for this tab; nothing entered here is stored, scraped, or logged.
